Terms and Privacy

By using Strong VPN services, you indicate your acceptance of the following terms and conditions and you agree to abide by these terms. If you do NOT agree with any term on this "Agreement", you must deny these terms by avoiding the use of any of the Strong VPN services, including but NOT limited to the Strong VPN app.

The terms here may get revised from time to time, whenever needed. All registered users will be notified of any change via e-mail. If you are NOT a registered user, it is your duty to check the latest Terms of Service, before using the service.

User Rights and Responsibilities

All services offered by Strong VPN are privileges, NOT rights. You must understand that we grant to you a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable privilege to use Strong VPN. We reserve exclusive rights of ownership. If you are found to violate with any of the policies, Strong VPN reserves the right to terminate your user account. If you are an unregistered user, your device will be blocked from using the service. Most of the time, the account termination and device blocking are permanent; however, depending on the case, Strong VPN may temporarily block the service to specific users for investigative purposes. For any reason, if Strong VPN determines that your usage of our service is detrimental to us, we reserve the right to stop serving you.

By using Strong VPN, you agree that you will not use Strong VPN in any way that violates any applicable current law or regulations. In addition, you agree NOT to:
• access or attempt to access any account you are not authorized to use
• attempt unauthorized access to Strong VPN servers
• scrap or attempt scraping content from Strong VPN or modify it in any way
• copy, create, or distribute Strong VPN content
• use data provided by Strong VPN in any unauthorized way

You also agree NOT to use any information or data you receive though Strong VPN for any unlawful purposes, including but NOT limited to: harassing, threatening, or stalking any individual; cyberbullying; using false identity to request information; employment or other screening of individuals without their consent; selling personal information.

Data and Information Usage

As a Strong VPN user, you agree and understand that data and information provided by Strong VPN are for your personal use only. Any commercial or business use is prohibited. Sharing of data or information provided by Strong VPN with any third-party (organization or individual) is prohibited as well. When you look up a number, you agree that this is the number that you received a call or text message from and want to identify who it is, by using our service.

FCRA Restrictions

Strong VPN is not a consumer reporting agency as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"), and the information in the databases used by Strong VPN has not been collected in whole or in part for the purpose of furnishing consumer reports, as defined in the FCRA. You shall not use any of the information received from Strong VPN as a factor in (1) establishing an individual's eligibility for personal credit or insurance or assessing risks associated with existing consumer credit obligations, (2) evaluating an individual for employment, promotion, reassignment or retention (including employment of household workers such as babysitters, cleaning personnel, nannies, contractors, and other individuals), or (3) any other personal business transaction with another individual (including, but not limited to, leasing an apartment).

Purchase and Registration

Strong VPN services are currently offered for free. We, however, reserve the right to start charging for our services. If at any point purchasing the service becomes necessary, an individual will have to be at least 18 years of age to become eligible to purchase our services.

We may ask you to register before we allow you to use some of the services offered by Strong VPN. In that case, to register for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. It is your responsibility to keep your account secure by taking all necessary precautions, including but NOT limited to: using a very strong password and using Strong VPN only through secured network connections. Strong VPN will NOT be responsible, and you agree to indemnify and defend us when any damage or loss is incurred by you or another party due to access to or use of your account. Whenever you suspect of any unauthorized use of your account, you agree to notify us in writing immediately. In case of such events, you agree to fully cooperate with Strong VPN to eliminate the issue.

Copyright and Trademarks

Strong VPN and its licensors own the data and information offered by Strong VPN. These data and information may be protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and/or other existing laws. You agree NOT to use Strong VPN's data in any way that is incompliant with the terms of this policy. If we authorized you to reuse our data for any purpose, you agree NOT to remove or tamper with the copyright notice that comes with the data.

Service Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Even though Strong VPN is dedicated to providing latest and reliable information, there may be an event where we are incapable to do so. We use a license from a third-party to retrieve requested data from the database they maintain. These data are provided "as in" without warranty of any kind. Strong VPN does NOT guarantee the accuracy of such data, so you must use it only for research purposes. Avoid making decisions solely based on the information you receive by using our Lookup services.

Sometimes, our servers may NOT operate normally. You agree and accept that the service may get interrupted during server outage and maintenance.

Strong VPN will NOT be responsible for any financial or physical loss incurred due to inaccuracy of data or service outages.

Disclaimers

Strong VPN does NOT warrant or make any representations regarding the use, validity, accuracy, or reliability of the information offered by it. You agree and understand that your use of Strong VPN services is completely at your own risk.

Strong VPN IS NOT AFFILIATED TO ANY GOVERNMENT OR STATE AGENCY.

Indemnification

You strongly agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Strong VPN and its staffs, partners, affiliates, and licensors from any claim or demands made by any third-party based on your use of Strong VPN services.

Account and Service Termination

Strong VPN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason. Such termination or suspension may happen suddenly without any pre-notification. Strong VPN cannot be held liable for such terminations or suspensions.

User Data and Cookie Policy

To improve our services, we may track our visitors by an IP address. If you choose to register for a service, you will need to use your true legal identity for registration. All the data you submit to us are stored in a secure database. Strong VPN, under NO circumstances, sells its user's data to a third-party. We may, however, provide your information to Law Enforcement Agency, if they make a valid request.

To personalize your app-use and web-browsing experience, we may set up cookies (a small client-side file used to store user data) and store your information on that cookie.

Third-Party Advertisements

To be able to offer our services for free, Strong VPN has partnered with online advertisement providers like Google to serve you advertisements. These advertisements help us keep our service free. These third-party advertisement vendors, however, may track your behavior through cookies and other mechanisms to improve your experience by serving you with personalized relevant advertisements.

Change in Terms and Policies

If necessary for any reason, these terms and policies may get updated. If you are a registered user, any change in terms and policies will be notified to you via e-mail. All unregistered users are required to check the latest terms and policies before using our services.
